losses, and identify potential issues in valuation, depreciation, and claim handling.
Can you talk to my insurance company for me?
Ember Consulting does not communicate, negotiate, or settle claims directly with
insurance companies on behalf of clients.
We provide guidance and support to help clients better understand the claims process, organize documentation, and communicate more effectively throughout their claim.
How is support provided?
Ongoing guidance is through our secure client portal where documents can be
organized and uploaded by both you and us. The portal also includes built-in
messaging, so communication can stay organized in one place instead of getting lost in emails.
You will have access to the portal for your fire claim, allowing you to review documents,
messages, updates, and claim-related information whenever needed.
How quickly do you respond?
Responses are typically provided within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Large submissions are reviewed in phases over multiple responses.
Can I send everything at once?
You may submit materials for review, but guidance is provided progressively.

Do I have to start with the setup?
Yes. All clients begin with the Claim Setup & Strategy session so we can understand your situation and provide accurate guidance before ongoing support begins.
What state do you operate in?
Services are currently available only for fire claims located within the State of Michigan.

Ember Consulting currently operates remotely through phone calls, video meetings, email, and our secure client portal. This allows clients to receive organized guidance and support from anywhere within Michigan throughout the fire claim process.
Currently, in-person meetings are not offered.
